Our Mission

Our mission at Perspectus Global is to help people understand the world.

We use robust, ethical research practices to help organisations and brands shine a light on their sectors, customers, working practices, products – and the wider geopolitical landscape.

We have a passion for communications and years of media experience – we know how to tell a story with research, whatever the audience.

We are members of industry standards bodies, the Market Research Society (MRS) and the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), and all of our research adheres to the MRS Code of Conduct and GDPR.

Adherence to local data protection laws is built into the fundamentals of how our business operates. Perspectus Global adheres to the strictest global data protection / security standards and, at the time of writing, we built our model on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), while also taking into account the requirements of our ISO 27001 certified ISMS and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Perspectus Global is committed to high standards of information security, privacy and transparency. We place a high priority on protecting and managing data in accordance with accepted standards and, as a Group, we comply with all applicable principles.

People are at the heart of our business.  We are a diverse, inclusive team, who pride ourselves on our ability to work together with all cultures. We are sensitive employers and also accommodate client and supplier needs with regards to all aspects of our business.

We provide mental health breaks for employees as and when needed and have accommodated hybrid working and encourage worker wellbeing.

We want to enable our staff to develop and so have committed to funding relevant industry training programmes that they wish to attend, with a yearly budget for training given to each employee.

We have a duty to look after our planet and are moving towards net zero with a series of targets, having reduced our scope one output to nearly nothing through office management, hybrid working and smart heating.

We run a paperless office, with efficient lighting,  recycling points available for all staff and we are dedicated to using less energy intensive infrastructure.

In future, we plan to go further and reduce our scope two and three emissions as low as we can using renewables as much as possible and choosing low carbon suppliers.

We have worked with many organisations on sustainability focused projects including the British Standards Institute and Brookfield Properties. We believe that our work with these organisations helps to encourage people to work toward a healthier planet.

Using our skills, we work hand-in-hand with sustainable organisations in order to push business towards a more responsible approach to climate change.

We regularly commit to working pro bono for third sector organisations whose causes we support, such as homeless charity Beam, alcohol awareness enterprise One Year No Beer, and St John Ambulance.
